DropSens launches Screen-Printed
Carbon Electrodes modified with Carboxyl functionalised
Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes. This
innovative product is mainly focused on
the development of electrochemical biosensors with an
enhanced active area. The new carbon nanotubes modified
electrodes show better
electron-transfer than conventional
screen-printed carbon electrodes, and retain the
electrocatalytic properties of carbon
nanotubes. They are stable electrodes that can be used
in FIA systems. Working electrode (4
mm diameter) is made of Carbon Nanotubes, counter
electrode is made of carbon, whereas reference electrode
and electric contacts are made of silver. Ideal for
working with 50 µL volume. |

::Customized Screen-printed
electrodes DropSens has the technology to
develop screen-printed electrodes based on customer’s
designs. The graphic design department adapts the
screen-printing meshes to the configuration and
dimensions required by the customer. Customers can
choose among different kind of substrates:
polycarbonate, plastic, ceramic, glass fiber,
etc. Carbon or gold inks from any manufacturer can be
used.

Co-Phthalocyanine/Carbon Electrodes
Ref: 410
Dimensions: 3.4 x 1.0 x 0.05 cm (Length
x Width x Height). |

The electrodes include Co-Phthalocyanine as
electrochemical mediator in the working
electrode and are ideal for the determination of
hydrogen peroxide at a low detection potential.
These electrodes are recommended for the
development of enzymatic biosensors based on
oxidased.
They are stable devices, so they can be used in
a Flow Injection Analysis system.
Working electrode (4 mm) is made of
Carbon/Co-Phtahlocyanine, counter electrode is
made of carbon, whereas reference eletrode and
electric contacts are made of silver.
Ideal for working with 50 µL volume.

Carbon nanotubes are produced via CVD
and purified to remove free amorphous
carbon deposits and catalyst metallic
particles. They are functionalized with
-COOH groups.

It is a methacrylate (transparent)
wall-jet flow-cell for Flow Injection
Analysis, with an innovative open-close
system (no screws needed) and an easy
sensors replacement.
